Cons Screen brightness with auto brightness is too dim. But REALLY bright if you change it to full brightness.

No HDMI or SD (not deal breaker but wish Dell threw in a USB dock or conversion kit)
Win 8 unable to launch certain links in explorer via touchscreen
Battery life, had to tweak perf & display settings to hit 6 hrs
