Keyboard has a nice feel, bright display, love the wireless connection. The 8600 fits my needs perfectly.

Tech Support is, as most people have said, terrible. Ordering was a nightmare, and after having a problem with my graphics card (the card that was shipped didn't have a working fan, and overheated!) it took a while (several days) to get through to someone
