- Battery is probably the lowest quality Ive ever experienced.

- An uncountable number of bugs
- Much more. ( read summary )Summary ( Sorry if it is hard to read at times, I am swedish. English is not my mother tounge (-: )
I was building my own custom gaming computer, but it was going to take some time getting all the right parts and getting someone to put it together.. so in the mean time, I was looking for a simple laptop I could use during this time. During my days with this laptop, Ive expierenced the most frustrating situations in my life.
First, my desktop decided to disappear. None of the short cuts would show up, and I couldnt fix this on my own with any of the options laid out for me. I figured it was no big deal though. Still.. Very agrivating considering at the time, I had only used the laptop for 2 months.
I also had times where my laptop refused to connect to any networks. I checked to see if anything was off or not working. apparently, this laptop has its moments of errors with networks.
To make this worse, My laptop apparently decided that it wasnt going to charge with the laptop charger It came with. I thought It was the charger at first, but I tested it on another laptop. It worked fine. So, my only choice was I had to buy another charger.
about 2 months later, my laptop wouldnt charge at all. It had to be plugged in at all times or it would shut off instantly. This laptop battery apparently was not only properly made, but it also wasnt even an actual functioning battery. I had only used this laptop 3-4 months when this occured.
Near the end of my time using this laptop, my right clicker on the mouse pad just decided not to work. Ive done nothing to wear this mouse pad down. I never slam it, and I dont press to hard. Come on..
Seriously, this is probably the worst made laptop Ive ever owned and operated. This laptop shouldnt even count as a temporary laptop.
Because of dealing with the stress that came with this laptop, Im probably never going to buy another product from Dell ever again. Im glad im a rather patient man, because If I werent, this laptop would be snapped in half within the first 3-4 months of using it. Worst 400 dollars Ive ever spent. For the sake of your wallet, dont buy this laptop. Im sure a 200 dollar laptop could run better than this this pile of junk.
Cheers mates.
Hope this helps you not waste your moneys. -
"Nice, Simple Laptop"
on by emeraldarcher21Pros Pretty quick if you keep it clean. Love the keyboard, easy for typing. Comfortable for typing for long periods of time.
Cons Freezes sometimes. Not too often. Maybe twice a month. it can be slow with some more advanced programs.
Summary Good, nice laptop for simple things. I make videos with a lower grade of the Sony Vegas programs and it runs well with it. But it gets confused with some effects. However, excellent laptop for basic things

It's fast, if you do cleaning and maintaneance of hardware and software, but is a good computer.
