Pros thin, light, fast
Cons won't stay connected to wifi
Summary Very nice looking laptop, but does not stay connected to my wifi, even though my other devices such as my wireless printer and iPhone work fine. I tried changing my router settings, and still no resolution. I'm going to return it!
Pros great battery life
backlit keys (for all those late night procrastinators)
amazing design/weight (less than 2 and 1/2 pounds)
syncs flawlessly with all apple products (iPhone anyone?)
fast/responsive/sizable trackpad :)
Cons If your a college student who needs a fast/durable/lasting computer for things such as writing papers/researching internet sources there shouldn't be a problem.
Summary the question is a simple one, is this worth $1000? Quite simply, yes.
I mean, this is my first time using a MAC and the transition was very smooth, for myself, which I feel is saying a lot because of my less than average computer knowledge.
I've had it ever since it came out and still even till today its runs as thought I just took it out of the box every day.
for the average college student, its worth every penny.

Pros Light, fast, SSD, back-lit keyboard, Thunderbolt and USB ports, good tech support, trackpad swipe/pinch motions, bluetooth.
Cons Base SSD size too small, for now. Integrated 3G/4G would be nice.
Summary I prefer a physical keyboard, so decided to skip a tablet. The MBA has everything to fit my needs, as I use wireless router to connect to my Win PC for infrequent optical drive needs and to an external hard drive for NAS storage.
Just waiting for iCloud (post-beta) to come online. Once more consumer SaaS becomes available in the cloud, 64 GB SSD will be less of a factor.
Overall, i'm a very satisfied Apple customer.
Pros The MacBook Air is so thin and slick. The keyboard isna dream to type on. Because of its slim and lightweight design you will end up putting the MacBook in your bag and rechecking later that it is actually in the bag because the bag will be so light. It sh
Cons No Ethernet port. No CD drive. Fans can get very load.
Summary I have owned 3 Macs so far, 2 iPads, and 2 iPhones. This is my new favorite Apple product by a landslide. It's processor is strong enough that it can run most, if not all ofnthe awesome games in the Mc App Store. Pick up Precispes of Darkness, itsma blast to play on the MacBook Air!
Pros Super small, portable, good battery life, super fast core i processor, additional standard memory.
Cons No 3G connectivity (a must have now a days), no SD card slot on 11", very pricy if you upgrade specs, but all Apple products are expensive.
Summary It is an awesome portable machine, fast, light, super portable. Be prepared to spend a little more for all this.
