Cons Return for recall was very poorly handled from start to finish; Acer has very poor customer service.
Just outside the one-year warranty, the battery failed with no warning.

Cons The 3810T-8640 is too underpowered for doing anything serious. The 3810T-6415 should be ok, but Acer mislabeled and mispackaged an 8640 as a 6415 and sent it on to me. Customer Support was horrible in trying to correct this problem. on July 27, 2009 by mikmik80  | Read full review
