Tech support was rancid! please see my details below! Do not buy this if you wish for any level at all of tech support. Unless you want to pay for it of course.

I wished to change the video ram levels of the laptop. But found no docs on there website. Aparently they have not put them up, only the drivers. I tried the online tech support only to be told that it was beyond there expert level to be able to tell me how to change the settings! They told me that even though my laptop was only a month old, I would have to pay for tech support and talk to there tech team on the phone! I asked if I was still under warrenty, as the laptop is only a month old. They told me I was under both software and hardware warrenty but that it doesn't cover talking to a over the phone person. So now my I can choose to never get help with my laptop, or pay 20 dollars a call to get normal tech suport. Bottom Line, DO NOT BUY FROM ACER!
