Watch this: The fast way to add a Twibbon to Twitter

If you're a casual Twitter user you may have noticed other people with tiny little pictures sitting in the corner of their picture and wondered what on Earth that's all about.

They're called Twibbons, and are used to represent support for a cause, or support for a team, or, well, just some kind of interest in some idea. All in the space of just a few pixels of real estate.

Some argue the Twibbon is overused and lacks any real punch, but if you like the idea of adding some kind of overlay feature to your Twitter picture there is a site you can visit that saves you a trip to Photoshop.

Visit Twibbon.com and you can find a wide range of pre-prepared Twibbons across charities and causes, sports teams, tech fandom and loads more. Just pick your Twibbon then pick a pic, and you can create your very own new pic in seconds. It'll even add the pic back into your Twitter account for you!
