"Shockingly fast and powerful card."

5 stars  | on by Kbrownin

Pros

It will absolutely crush any current gen game - No problem at all. If you get dual fan set-up it's very cool and quiet. Catch it on sale or get a rebate (I did). Lifetime warranty. Comes in a factory overclocked version called "XXX."

Cons

Big size. Make sure it'll fit in your case. Single fan set-up may get a little warm, but still not too bad. Pricey.

Purchased the 2GB version of this card, actually the overclocked "XXX" version with the twin fans. This card is wonderful. I can't believe how fast and powerful it is. And the thing is whisper quiet. Right now my system is idling at 27-28 degrees Celsius, and when under heavy load it only got to 41-42 C.

I played Crysis 2 for about an hour with all settings on "Extreme" and everything else turned on or as high as it would go. This card still pulled 60 + FPS the whole time! It's a beast! Make sure you have a nice and fast CPU or you'll bottleneck it though. I'm using an AMD Phenom II x6 1090T and it runs smooth as butter.

I was worried about the heat of the single fan unit, so that's why I went with the dual fan XXX version.

I don't have a single bad thing to say about this card. It is screeching fast-and XFX gives it a lifetime warranty.

If you have the means- get one now.
