I got mine at ubid for $54. I've used nvidia cards since TNT2 and the VisionTek GeForce2 GTS 32mb is a big improvement. It holds its' own with my ASUS GeForce2 Pro 64mb. VisionTek's web site has all you need for driver updates and they use nvidia's drivers which ensure good performance, no add-ons. If the price is right you could do far worse.

I had a matrox g400 Max that is supposed to be good (or at least nice) for 2d. But I've heard so much about GF2... gts that i bought this one. Under W2K, the image doesn't look so good. With Starcraft or diablo2, it won't run faster... perhaps even slower than the G400max. I think all the GF are overrated. Stick with what works.
