Pros Excellent performance for the money
Cons Fan can be loud during game play
Summary I had a 6600GT for a long time. It was pretty adequate but didn't have much breathing room for the future. The 7600GT is about twice as powerful and only costs as much as the 6600GT did when it came out. Nvidia recommends a 400w power supply, so you may need to upgrade that, but it's worth it IMO.
Pros Runs todays games perfectly
Cons heats-up a bit when overclocked
Summary Upgraded from a XFX 6200 TurboCache well worth my $200 plus $25 shipping. Now instead of playing everything in Medium i can bump up to High. I even does well in F.E.A.R. . Be warned if your looking to overclock it does get a little warm so you should have good cooling. I got the XFX 7600GT XXX version but i hear the BFG 7600GT OC is good too, both are overclocked from the get-go.
Pros Real upgrade from 6600GT
Cons None so far
Summary I just upgraded from a 6600GT to the 7600GT. A marked improvement in game play

Pros SLI, works with most games
Cons Only that it will need to be upgraded eventually, as all cards will
Summary I've had this card for several months now. It's performed admirably, and made me a lifelong Nvidia fan.
I just bought a second card to run in SLI, and I expect it to be even better than before.

Cons no real directx10
Summary Great for a more casual gamer who likes to push everything WAY up.
