There must be a timer built-in, my board quit working one month after Warranty expired, vendor wanted to charge about 90% of RETAIL PRICE to repair - WHAT A RIP-OFF - I could buy a new one at a discount for less than repair charges!!!
Summary
Now that Matrox is NO LONGER THE ONLY product enabling Multiple-Displays - FIND A PRODUCT from a vendor that supports its product - not wants to enrich itself based on lousy product quality...
