"1 great card"on by Strylums
Pros Great for gaming, clear, crisp graphics
Cons none that I found
Summary I bought this card over a year ago and just love it. I have not had any problems at all. Great for gaming. I would recommend it to family and friends.
Pros Great Crutch, Decent Performance
Cons Struggles with higher resolutions
Summary I purchased this card to go in my P4 1.7 Ghz machine so I could play the new generation of PC games (Farcry, Doom3, HL2). It did not dissapoint. I shouldn't be able to run these games correctly according to what my processor is specd at. I've been able to play all the new games with hardly a hiccup. It has struggled when I purchased a 19" Flat Panel and turned up the resolution about 3 sizes, but still hangs in there.
Pros Fantastic graphics. If Unreal Tournament 2004 with all the graphics options turned to highest quality can't make this sweat, it's good enough for me. Bring on Doom 3 and HL2 (which was free with the card). No crashes, no freezes, no graphics weirdness
Cons Wish there was a TV in so I could watch TV with it, too.
Pros The card is just fine, but paying $1078.00 for 2 9800XT's,just 6 months ago. BULL! And now a x800 which is a better card??????
Cons If I had known that the x800 was coming out, I would have never bought the 9800XT. I would bought the better card. Now, I have a second rated card. You talk about bait and switch. I am hoping that ATI gives all the people who bought the 9800XT a fair shak
Pros played many games, and hasnt crashed or anything yet. best card ever!!!! I could keep going on for hours. And to all the people that say "buy a 9800 pro and overclock it", A 9800 pro overclocked wont be as good as a 9800 XT overclocked. There is obviousel
