Ok, tell the forum the make, model, what restore CDs you have or the real Microsoft issue XP CD with what SP on it and what is on the hard drive that needs saving.
Again, this is typical of a failed OS or a transplanted hard drive. Repairs vary depending on what information you can provide.
XP "Start Windows Normally" Screen Appears everytime I boot. It does not matter which choice I pick on that screen (safe mode, command prompt, etc.) it does not proceed to windows but comes back to the XP "Start Windows Normally" Screen.
