The drivers for any HP device should be somewhere on the HP site. And, of course, they should have come with the docking station when you bought it.
Why not ask HP customer service where they did hide it?

Of course, it's possible that they only have Vista drivers. Then you're out of luck.

Just wondering . . .

My three IBM ThinkPads each have a docking station and no drivers were needed. Are you sure there are drivers needed?
