Hi,
Im writing to report Xilisoft corp. This is a scam. I purchased the ipod rip software and never received a lic. code or email. They haven't responded to my emails. There is no number or physical address either. The worst service ever. they charged me for services yet delivered. I would not recommend this software.

Is there any other similar experiences with this co?

I agree! I bought some software from them and it didn't work! Then, they refused to give me my money back! I received many emails from them, but they wouldn't give me my money back. I'm trying to report them to the better business bureau right now!
