Question

"Word cannot start the converter SSPDFCG_x64"

by Hammerklavier / December 27, 2011 1:35 AM PST

<div id="post_message_775072" class="post">Hi,

We're running into an issue
with one of our internal applications. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this
error before:

"Word cannot start the converter SSPDFCG_x64"

I
realize there's only so much you can do to troubleshoot without having access to
the application and what it does, but this problem only occurs on one of the
workstations, so I don't believe it's related to bugs in the app.

Any help is greatly appreciated. </div><!-- / message -->

Might be that PDF Converter 7 Pro issue.

Uninstall that and try again.

I'm not sure that I have PDF Converter 7 Pro installed on my machine, though I do have eCopy PDF Pro Office by the same publisher.

Many of those use the same library.

Good thought by you to connect my idea with that. Try it without the eCopy and then if it fixes it, you know to try reinstalling eCopy and if it breaks, you know who to ask next.
