Windows XP cannot remote anything

hi, i have 10 PC using win xp profesional (OEM), and i using DELL optiplex 330..

i have the same problem in all that PC, i can't remote desktop, ssh (putty), winbox (mikrotik), radmin, netsupport school..

i just install this (office 2007, microsoft essential, radmin and netsupport school) in that computer..

anyone can help me?

But a common issue I encounter today is the firewall is turned on in the router. It's a shame that they don't tell you what happens next.

i didn't see the any problem with my firewall , i have 100++ in my network, but only 10 PC Dell with OEM licensing have the problem like this..

It's not a stock XP so you have to ask dell what they changed. You paid 10 times for this so why not ask one time?

It could be something simple but the reasons are not in your post and the causes are too many for me to write here in this small box.
