Windows Sockets Initialization Failed Help

Hi I am unable to connect to the net,when I run REG Cure I get the following message.
Any help gratefully received thanks.

Hi Kees,
I used the link in your reply and it worked.Thanks very much for your help.
I now have sort out why my Wirless connection connects and after a minute or disconnects and then reconnects.
