Window 7 problems

by CNN80 / August 11, 2011 12:39 AM PDT

I have a HP G61-110SA laptop purchased in Dec 2009. It runs on Win 7 Home Premium SP1. The processor is a Pentium Dual Core T4300 with a speed of 2.10 GHz. The display adapter is a Mobile Intel 4 series express chipset.

But there are clues in your post. Tell the forum if you have been diligent about your 6 month CANNED AIR cleaning in the vents and such.

Not to sound like a total airhead but what is the 6 month canned air cleaning about? I've never heard of it.

Thank you so much. I didn't know you could do that for a laptop. So I'm off to see if I can find compressed air (third world country means that some things are not readily available).
Are there any other alternatives to the canned air in case I can't find it?

Alternatives are more invasive.

If you look at the full content of the sticky post linked to you see a nice addition from a book on laptop repair when you clean it without the canned air.

The reason for canned air is because it's oil free and more.
