win 8/Live Mail

by crabmann / March 20, 2013 7:30 AM PDT

I am using Windows 8 and Live Mail. How do insert a picture from my files into the text of an Email? ala XP and Outlook. I do not want to use Sky Drive as it has an expiration date.

Thanks for the reply. I understand the answer but how do I format it in html? I can't find that option. I would have used Outlook on this machine but it did not work well. I think some of my problems come from the fact that Google is the administrator for my local ISP. Not much choice in this rural area. My way or the tin can and string.

"Select Format from the menu and click on Rich text (HTML) or Rich Text (HTML).

In Windows Live Mail, you may have to press the Alt key to see the menu bar. "

There are plenty of dimmable LED light bulbs, but make sure you don't buy the ones that flicker when you dial them down.
