whys my corsair m60 not being dected?

I just got it today and its not dected on any of my pcs and none of the ports. The lights are on but its not dected durring update firmware from corsair. ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS PROBLAM. i disabled it in the control panel but no luck.<advance power options. Please help

Back to the shop then, claim it's DOA and let them show it isn't.

But it's not clear from your post why you disabled what, nor what the advanced power options have to do with it.

thanks for the help i didnt check cnet but i did what you said anyway and returned. it realy was defective from what i was told on corsair website.
