Question

Why won't my phone load up?

by lyndsayw / January 2, 2013 5:08 AM PST

My text messages all turned into foreign text yet my menu was all in english still. I turned my phone off and now it can't load up. It plays the load up tune, shows the time and date but has a black background, and then repeatedly plays the load up tune. Any ideas whats happened?

My old phone did that when the battery gave out. As it was old I got a newer phone.

Clearly inside warranty.

The warranty varies a bit depending on how you got yours but if it's the usual, head back to where you bought it and ask them what next.
