http://www.videoaccelerator.com/help/ is their 'support' page. But I don't see a contact option to ask questions about the product you bought. So I hope it's only the free trial. My guess then: you won't buy it.

no, this is freeware... i didn't buy the program because i don't need the premium version...

I didn't see a possibility to contact them about the freeware either. But maybe I didn't look good enough. And of course it's possible it's a known problem, and you'll find the answer in their FAQ.
