In most cases, support tickets or e-mails are answered within 24 hours of being submitted (Monday through Friday), but sometimes there may be a delay.

i've had the same problem with tech tracker since i first downloaded it ... contacted support twice now by email and supprise supprise no answer's to my emails, the problem i have is multi copy's of the same programs showing up in the update window, also checksum error's while tryin to update other programs. i've uninstaled re instaled tech tracker cleaned chash,cookies turned of firewall & virus checker even shut down real time protection still same problem everytime
anyone wanna take a the time to tell me what i'm doing wrong n why its not working or better tell me why when u email support u don't get an answer
