I'm very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Have you tried running a network test on your TV? I am including a link explaining this process. Please let me know the results of this test.
I've only had the tv for a few months. Absolutely no problems until about 7-10 days ago. Everything else in my home connects to my network just fine so I know it's not a router or a service issue. Is there something I'm missing? Any help on this is greatly appreciated. I'm at my wit's end here.
