Why does my new pc not work? ADVANCE TECHS NEEDED!

I have a asus saber tooth x11 hooked up to intel core i7 and corsair liquid cooling but when i turn it on my tv using hdmi a fan starts the screen flickers <AMERCIAN TRENDS> and says whats in my pc but shuts off every second. How do i fix this? If you need more specs i can give you tommrow.I was using a antic static wristband and its covered anyway with a huge thermal shield.

You sure about that board? Asus has a couple of Sabertooth products, but none of them are Sabertooth x11. There's a Sabertooth X79, is that what you meant? But regardless, sounds like the system is shutting down because of overheating, and trying to prevent permanent damage to key components. So are you sure that water cooling unit is pumping the coolant through the system? Maybe you forgot to connect the power to the pump?

i didnt read your post b4 but what i did was stupid. i didnt put the gpu in because i thought that it could run the bios without it but i was wrong. the amercian megatrends never showed up again. Thanks anyway.
