Question

Why cannot I register my CNET?

I find references to this, but I am unable to get it done or to find our how to do this.

Anyone, HELP!!!!!

Can you tell me what you are trying to accomplish?

Dear Lee,

I used to be registered; then it went away. Now, I have CNET, but it says I am not registered, and it says that I cannot scan my files on my computer.

I am in very much confused state. Thank you for anything you can do.

When you refer to "my CNET" would this be CNET's TechTracker?

Yes, you are with me. I still can't figure out what happened. And I have tried loading it again and again.
