Well right now I'm contracted ATT (under Cingular, but not w/ Cingular), I've been using a Motorola V551 and HS820 since July. But being the tech-head i am, I'm always ready for upgrade. ALWAYS. There are to things I need to know about- phones and plans. The basics. I'm looking for a phone (candybar/regular) with bluetooth, camera (still/video), and THE LOUDEST SPEAKER PHONE! I LOVE RINGTONES!!!! (And texting). So, could you help me out? I need it before graduation.

if you buy a cingular phone, your att sim card wont work in the cingular phone. so you'll have to buy an unlocked phone or unlock a cingular phone. i suggest the motorola slvr L7. it is righted to cingular but you can get an unlocked version. it meets all you expectations

Many Nextel phones are designed for use in places like construction sites. They are wicked loud.

OK sorry not so helpful. He's not vouching for the ringer, but says the speakerphone is extremely loud. Unfortunately, this is a pretty old model...

s710i
by stev_1259 / February 25, 2006 3:33 PM PST

The sony-ericsson s710i is the loudest cell phone I have ever heard. A friend of mine has the phone and thought he had lost it in his home. We called it to see if we could hear it and from inside the house we could still faintly hear it ringing from inside his car parked in his driveway. It has LOUD speakers, no joke.
