Only rumors currently.....

The latest speculation is that it will be available for the S4 by month end or in March. I am waiting on the same update on my S4 as well.

.....keep in mind that your cellular provider will no officially release the KitKat update until they are satisfied that the update will not adversely affect their customers or network. My prior estimated release time frame is for US Verizon customers. Your release date may be different.

If you are technically inclined, you can install the update now at your own risk. If you want to, check xda-developers.com for instructions and links to do so.

Good luck.

Cool

If you keep up on the news, roll out happens over time and at the discretion of the cellular carrier and has little to do with Google or Samsung.

HOWEVER there was some issues with KitKat that may slow it down a few months.
