What tablet best for streaming??

I want my tablet to be 10 inch and be flash capable. i browse the internet alot and stream anime and videos from the web. What tablet that is relatively cheap is good for internet browsing and streaming videos?

To really get the deal, wait till 2012 when the retailers will get desperate.

Also, if you could reveal what country and if a refurb will do. For example I picked up a very nice 299 buck dual core refurb by Viewsonic. The only quibble is viewing angle the rest is fine.

Galaxy Tab 10.1. It has great graphics but the cost isn't cheap. I would look for highest resolution tablet in your price range.
