At 3 months I called in and spent 8 hours across a few days. After they did everything they sent a box for the laptop for repair. That was the last time I ever saw it work again. It came back in about a week but would lock up in 5 minutes so worse off than before.

Calls to HP ended with being told they had done all they could and worse. After another 6 months of satisfaction surveys I moved on and wrote it off.

That was the last HP product I bought. Even a HP social rep was unable to help. The company seems to have a lot of nice products but my last experience looks to be my last HP.
