what is the best processor and motherboard for design in 3d?

I would bought a new hardware for design 3d and adobe cs2 I was had a link to build you computer with the compatible parts even they told you depends your needs.

if any one knows the link let me know or I suggest for the expert to make a database with these conditions. for example:
I work with PC and need the best equipment for audio and video. and then appears a list with the top of ten alternatives with a table of comparison's
