These are terms used to describe methods of generating illegal software keys, in or to illegally obtain the use of the software without paying for it.
Many of these files may also contain trojan viruses, which can cause extensive damage to a computer, and are only named as such in order to get unsuspecting users to download them.

They are there to trap you remember there is no such thing as a Free Lunch
When visiting you may get the serial number for an illegal copy of whatever

BUT you may be redirected to an expensive call line and be bombarded with Porn
Also once they know your address they spam you continually with pron and the pron they display is usually not pleasant.
