What can I do to get service from AVG

I have a new computer and I want to reload my PAID for service on my new machine. I have tried several times to get them to help me, they are terrible at customer service. I have been to the BBB to get my money back, I have dropped my credit card company because they failed to get my money back. AVG response is "You have passed your 30 day money back guarantee". The problem is that they are not providing me service for my new machine. Is there any help with these guys? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. State Attorneys office is next if I don't get help from these guys. Can AVG at least make an effort?

AVG Internet Security 2015 Order

I have PDF invoice receipt for Order# 2661269 (Invoice # 250230132) on 16-09-2014 for 2 yrs. No other reference to it or downloading of same could be found on this computer. Suspicion of virus prompted search.
ANY ADVICE would be greatly appreciated as to where help for this can beobtained. .
