I have already replied in your other discussion thread.
I have a new computer and I want to reload my PAID for service on my new machine. I have tried several times to get them to help me, they are terrible at customer service. I have been to the BBB to get my money back, I have dropped my credit card company because they failed to get my money back. AVG response is "You have passed your 30 day money back guarantee". The problem is that they are not providing me service for my new machine. Is there any help with these guys? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. State Attorneys office is next if I don't get help from these guys. Can AVG at least make an effort?
