I needed a way to occasionally record an over-the-air TV program and now that everything is digital my old VCR/DVD recorders are dated. I bought a used ATI Technologies 100-714127 HD-TV Wonder card and had problems with the software like many other users. I installed the free WatchHDTV software and, after some messing around to select the proper audio recorder, it works exceptionally well with Windows XP Home.
