There phone support was excellent. This whole problem was a lesson in buying the right ink. I'm my own worst enemy.
I'm trying to print a few photos of my son. The pictures were taken with 2 different digital cameras and are set to print on a Canon i560 printer with full ink tanks.
Problem is every photo, regardless of where they were shot (outside, inside, low light, great light) looks very washed out. What is wrong? I used one of Canon's utilities to print the pictures. Everything should be set through the program for the optimal print settings. The ink is BRAND NEW!
I need these things tomorrow. Any ideas on what the problem could be?
Thanks for the tips.
