Videos Transfer from cellphone to Iphone

Am trying to transfer videos from my Android phone to iphone but the connection getting failed even though paired.

can anyone tell me is that because of the Android version which is not supporting or any other issue?

Please let me know your suggestion in transferring the videos.

Why not the normal way?

Android phone to PC using your regular backup (you do backup your phone data, don't you?)
On the PC, add it to the iTunes library.
Sync to the iPhone from iTunes.

If you have no problem accessing internet, you can upload the video from your Android device on some Cloud Storage services (Dropbox, Sugar Sync) and then stream the video on your iPhone using the Dropbox or Sugar sync app
