video tagging

I'm wondering if somebody knows an application that let's you tag video like mp3tag app, thanks for every suggestion.

just to be clear about this, an app that let's users add meta-data to videos in the same way how mp3tag let's add cover art and etc for mp3's

NOT ALL VIDEO FORMATS SUPPORT THIS. So that a dead end. Unless you want to reveal what video format is in use. AVI would NOT be a good answer as that's a container and not a good choice.
