sir, my o.s is windows vista. i am not able to play video files which have .rar extention. inform where can i download it. also can i upgrade from vista to windows 7. plz inform the difference between them,how to upgrade.can i upgrade myself .
relating to version tracker i want to purchase for me(single user).till now i have not recd any information regarding to this issue, about purchase details etc.inform the same.

RAR files are not video files. And no web site plays RAR files for video.

Your story is incomplete but at least we know that RAR files are not video files.
