3-year old 52" Samsung LCD TV started showing a vertical lined bar (about 6"
wide) ever since Rogers Comm, our cable service provider in Toronto, Canada made enhancements to the HD box 2 days ago. I am not sure if this caused it, however, reading all the reviews, it seems like this is a known fault
with Samsung TVs after about 18 - 36 months of usage. This is really not
on!! When purchasing the TV we were told Samsung TVs had really good ratings and great customer service! The TV's dont come cheap. We paid Cdn$ 1750 for ours and now to fork out another thousand dollars to repair is really ludicrous! How do I get an Ambassador to assist me to assist me with taking my complaint through to Samsung. I
have not done anything yet, just reading reviews and feeling really
cheated. Samsung should definitely do a recall if so many people are
having problems. Please guide me. Thank you!
