What does user id 2 and 3 thing mean in task manager
in Windows Vista

It is just the order in which the users logged in.

It is used for other purposes, but that is how the numbers are generated.

So if the number changes in task manager under user id thats normal.
I thought that means someone is connected if it has more than 0 listed

I dont understand Im one user why does it say
in task manager ID 3 next to users tab in Task manager?
Doesnt this means someone is connected

For instance, other users may have logged on before you, then you logged on, then they logged off. You'll remain #3 even though you're the only user logged in.

Im the only user, only one profile
Home based, vista though and wireless network

Shouldnt it say iD 1 or 0 if only one user logs in
I do have wireless network though, could that be what it is
