usb still not working...

hii... i ve tried cleaning with a paper..bt still my usb is nt working.. wenever i try to transfer files it gets freezed..its not creating any probs in chargin bt only in data transfer..wat should i do?? I m fed up like hell since this cable wen connected reads the phone and card bt donot transfer any files.. i attempt around 15-20 times removing and restarting the phone and lapi then by chance it works hardly once...
i ve also tried other usb cable its posing the same prob..

What froze? The phone or the PC?
And why do this over USB at all? All the droids I've seen (over 100 now) have a SD card slot and we can use that in a pinch as well as WiFi and Bluetooth.

Yes, your new users will get hung up on USB and need some gentle pushing to try the other methods.

try to use wifi or bluetooth. maybe there is not enough space on your phone.
