My products were deleted from cnet.com
Upload.com didn't answer me after my 5 EMAILS

Our company name is Soundfrost
Email is adparad [at] gmail.com

What is going on?

I've alerted your post so it goes up another path. But some expect email responses on a SuperBowl weekend. Well it doesn't matter if it's the SuperBowl or not but many businesses have hours. The phone works best to figure out when they are open.

I'd like to know how this gets around the user agreement at YouTube. I'm sure you've read it so maybe your downloader app was running into that. I can't tell but how did you reach an agreement with Google?

http://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms writes "You shall not download any Content unless you see a "download" or similar link displayed by YouTube on the Service for that Content. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of YouTube or the respective licensors of the Content."

So how do software authors get around that and avoid a tussle/fight with Google?

Wow, the problem is that upload.com did delete all my products and my company.

Is it some kind of corruption on CNET websites?
