I'm in the UK and Men in Black 3d would not play. I tried going to software update in settings but it says machine is up to date. I have gone to Samsung website and downloaded a firmware update, but have tried putting it on both usb and disc, and I get an update error message when put in the machine. Can anybody offer any advice? many thanks.
