Question

Unresponsive Script Error or itunes preview pages

by bsmith95610 / September 14, 2011 2:46 PM PDT

When I go to any of the below URL's in any version of firefox I get
an unresponsive script error. These errors do not occur in IE, chrome,
or safari. It seems like the error actually does not occur if you go to
a preview page that only has a few podcasts on it for example http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/joel-osteen-audio-podcast/id137254859
this one doesn't throw that error for me. If anyone knows why this is
happening or what the limit of podcasts on the preview page is before it
starts throwing those errors please let me know.http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/joyce-meyer-tv-podcast/id152445231
http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/learn-to-meditate-meditation/id197308794http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/dvs-skate-podcast/id122166838http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/brainstuff/id260335249Thanks

given that your only problem is with Firefox, stop using Firefox when going to this site.

When the itunes preview pages are built they look at an XML file on the websites server. The script URL is automatically added by itunes it is not in the XML file on the server so I doubt it has to do with having the script being added by the websites it looks like itunes adds those somehow.
