uninstalling "mirostart.com"

by jerrywh1 / March 31, 2010 12:09 PM PDT

I downloaded this thinking I could download videos from YouTube. It took over my browser and I can't get rid of it. I can't find it listed in the add/remove programs section of the Control Panel, and was unable to fin it in my start up folder, using "msconfig." Thanks for the help in advance.

According to the developer, some changes must be made within the browser while difficulties removing their software can be resolved by using their removal tool.

I went to the developers web sit and got the removal tool, and got rid of it. I'm not trying to speak badly of MiroStart, but I hadn't intended to make it my browser.
