There are more ways to contact Samsung from 1800SAMSUNG, the facebook page, the support chat at samsung.com and at the top of this forum.

I've encountered a few that use only one method. Try a few more.

My thought on this is that the version can change as a slight revision of the model occurs. It's like your 2010 1/2 year Ford doesn't take 2010 muffler bearings. They changed the size.
