Hi DBono99,

I do not have information as to who the manufacturers this panel. You can contact Samsung parts at 1-800-627-4368 for more information.

Thanks,

HD Tech

Hi Samsung/Tech I've been there and back they/Samsung were NO help at all.
I called Samsung Parts # that you gave me, and of Course they said it was a Samsung panel. I really didn't expect them to say who's panel IT really is.
Thanks Dan

Here's my bet.

To find out what exact parts a consumer device is made of we have to take it apart and look for markings on the parts.

I can't guess why the make of the panel matters but have seen folk want a specific panel on a TV. They tend to explode at the launch pad.

But it's a consumer product and they use a variety of parts from a few makers. Since it is mass produced it's easy to bet and win that no records are kept on each TV made.

NH02 panel in Samsung 50" TV
by thrakul / September 23, 2013 11:15 AM PDT

I cannot be 100% sure, but my research to date leads me to believe the NH-02 is a Chi Mei Innolux S-MVA panel.

In reply to: Panel

Some people seem to diss them based on alleged off-axis color/brightness degradation. I personally have had good experiences with them, but I do not watch TV at super-acute viewing angles. YMMV.
