Have recently been given an Acer notebook with Ubuntu on. This gave me
automatic access to my wireless broadband. After allowing updates a few
days ago, I can only access broadband with a wire. The drop-down menu
will not let me change settings to search for wireless connections. I
have never used this system before and have not had the netbook long
enough to familiarise myself with a non-Windows system. Any advise as to
patches or how to do a restore?
