Tungsten E2 and syncing contacts

I have a Tungsten E2 that seems to sync without issue but it's not pulling my contacts out of Outlook and updating them in my Palm. My calendar is syncing without issue. I'm using HotSync. I've searched the forum and forums on the palm website and can't seem to find anyone with the same issue. I'm at a loss...has anyone fixed this issue?

Similar Synching problem

After synching from document-to-go, when I try to read or modify a document, I get "Unexpected Error 0x7370309", then Fatal Alert Screen with "Fatal Exception - Reset " shows up.

I did a hard reset and started all over. All seems to be working well now.
